Fastline Design

Rolling the bed into your bedroom, “carrying” the laundry basket into the laundry room, unloading the dishwasher, finding THE PERFECT spot for your recliner~ these are the things that make your new home design perfect. Walking through it at full scale is the only way to be sure it’s going to be exactly what you wanted!

The details you catch now are the expensive changes you don’t have to make later. This home is your investment-Build Responsibly.

Blueprints can tell you where the walls go—but they can’t tell you how your home will feel.

At Fastline Design Studio, we project your floor plan full scale so you can walk every room, evaluate furniture placement, test traffic flow, and make confident design decisions before construction begins.

It’s an experience that helps homeowners build with confidence and helps builders reduce costly change orders, delays, and second-guessing.

Walk it first. Build it once.

EV👏🏼ER👏🏼Y walk through has brought things to life for people in a way they can’t see it on their plans. Even those who come in confident thinking they will not make changes, MAKE CHANGES! Mocking up your house is a MUST DO for any custom build ~ change walls with your feet, not a hammer.

Better decisions start at full scale!

*Redesign your kitchen island ~ ON THE SPOT!

*Heart was set on a corner fireplace ~ until you see it centered in that cathedral ceiling 🤯

*Finding out that your cherished dining room table !!WON’T FIT!! ~ with a quick slide of the wall we can take 2’ from the back porch and transform your dining room.

All those changes you didn’t know you would need until furniture moves in ~ we help you find them BEFORE construction begins!
