Job Summary:
The technician will be responsible for performing repairs on vehicles including brakes, shocks, struts and general front end repairs. Employees in this position will also be responsible for performing computerized alignments. Safety and customer satisfaction is the primary focus for all employees.

Essential Functions and Tasks:

Inspect vehicles for needed repairs and solutions.

Align and adjust toe, camber and caster settings to required specifications on vehicles.
Complete automotive repairs including brakes, braking systems, suspension, front end, electrical and charging systems.
Repair broken or worn mechanical components.
Test vehicles both before and after repair.
Keep service area clean to enhance a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in car repair and vehicle alignments
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Dependable - Employee must be reliable, responsible and trustworthy, and complete all assigned obligations.
Attention to Detail - Employee must be thorough in completing tasks.
Cooperation - Employee must be pleasant with others on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
Integrity - Employee is required to be honest and ethical.
Self-Control - Employee is required to maintain composure, keep emotions in check, control anger, and avoid aggressive behavior regardless of circumstances.
Communication - Employee must provide courteous and clear written and verbal communication with customers and co-workers.

Driver's License Required

Pay based on experience.
