A little late announcement but don’t forget about our SDA meeting tomorrow! It will be the last one in the 2021-2022 school year! We will be hearing from Leslie Cenac, pediatric RD! We will also be having elections for office positions in the SDA! It is a great opportunity for those who are wanting to go to grad programs or dietetic internships! Hey hey! We have our second meeting of the semester in one week! Next week, we will be hearing from Kelly Hays about travel dietetics! You don’t want to miss it! Welcome back fellow students! This semester is off to a great start! Our first meeting will be on Tuesday, February 1st, during X-Period (1:40-2:30) in McAlister hall room 210! Join us to learn more about the current UCA interns and to learn about what we have in store for the student dietetic association! Hope to see ya there! :)

We challenged students at the RSO Fair to try new foods with our “Do you have the guts to try new things?” theme. Kombucha and kimchi samples were passed out to inquiring students and the feedback was great! Thank you for providing delicious kombucha. @ University of Central Arkansas
