Prom 2026!

Since moving to SC, I have only used my camera 3x, believe it or not, and it's been a few months, so it was fun to take it out yesterday to get a few photos of Aleks, Mia's High School exchange student, and some of his friends before their prom! I wish I could have done some of these kids' senior photos; they are all so photogenic! I'm available all summer if you are a junior and in the Myrtle Beach area and need your senior photos done!

It's been way too long, but my new website just went live. It's still a work in progress, but it meets my business needs now.

DiMattia Photography At the age of 16 I was given my first real camera, a Pentax k1000 with a 50mm lens. I was in heaven! I always was drawn to photographing people, and capturing emotion. I started out photographing weddings, which is really all encompassing, you can capture emotion, portraits, action, and work in all....

I had a very fun family photo session at Hampton Beach 2 weeks ago with DanandAmy Peront and their extended family. I’m still going thru the session but wanted to share a first look! As always, when kids are involved, they will steal the show!

I had a really fun photo session this week with some friends of mine, Rob and Stephi. It's their 25th anniversary, and Stephi wanted to take some photos. We figured out I've been doing photos for them since 2010! I've done family photos, high school senior photos and even wedding photos for them over the years! The family has always been comfortable in front of the camera, and they are all pretty photogenic, Rob is somewhat of a comedian as well, so I knew it would be a fun shoot! Here's a little peek!

Did a little fashion work this weekend for a local artist. She’s a painter, singer/songwriter, and a clothing designer. She’s will take fabrics such as a lace tablecloth and repurpose it into a dress!

Working on a new website so stay tuned. I think it’ll be simple to start so I can get back online, and I’ll add more information as time goes on. I’m still in business.
