Project Smashburger

It’s always great when a fellow food truck owner stops on their way through town to grab lunch! Thanks Smashed Tri-Cities

This is the evolution of the Oklahoma.
From the griddle to the final bite. 🍔

And today, you can watch the process AND eat the finished product! 👀

🥨 Cafe Old Vienna
🍔 Project Smashburger
🎉 A whole lot of Saturday fun!

Café Old Vienna + Project Smashburger + Palmetto Taps = your Saturday plans are officially handled. 😎

Come hungry. Come thirsty. We’ll see you at Oktoberfest! 🍔🍻

😂 Remember when taking a nap was considered a GOOD thing?
As a kid: “Go take a nap.” 😴 “Get some rest.” “You’ve had a long day.”

Now I own a food truck. 😂 Apparently, “go take a nap” has been replaced with:
“Did you prep the meat?”
“Did we order enough buns?”
“What time do we need to be there?”
“Where’s the Square?”
“Did somebody remember the ice?”
“And why are we out of cheese?!” 😂🍔

So yeah… I’d like my childhood nap privileges back, please. 😴

Until then, you can find me somewhere between smashing burgers, answering messages, hauling the Green Machine, and wondering what day it is. 😂💚🚚

🌧️ WEATHER CLOSURE — AYNOR

Aynor, we’re sitting this evening out. 🌧️💨

Due to the rainy and windy conditions expected this afternoon and evening, Project Smashburger will NOT be opening in Aynor tonight.

We were looking forward to serving you, but with rain and wind gusts up to 24 mph in the forecast, we’ve decided it’s best to keep our crew, and you our customers safe.

But don’t worry... you can catch us Saturday in Downtown Conway and get your Smashburger fix! 🍔🔥 💚

📍 The Annual Youth Performing Arts Festival in the Parking lot of Laurel Street & 2nd Avenue
🕚 11 AM–5 PM

Thank you for understanding, Aynor! Stay safe & dry! 🌧️
