Our last Kids CrossFit Camp is officially in the books! 🎉💪
A huge THANK YOU to all of the parents who trusted us with your kids this week. It means so much that you chose CrossFit Conroe to be a small part of their summer.
We had an incredible week full of games, movement, learning, laughs, and plenty of fun. Watching these kids build confidence, make new friends, and try new things is what it’s all about.
Thank you again to every family who joined us. We can’t wait to see everyone back for the next Kids CrossFit Camp!❤️
💙 Todos empezamos con miedo.
Hace dos años, el esposo de nuestra integrante la invitó a probar CrossFit. Al principio tenía miedo, como muchas personas, pero se enamoró de la comunidad y del programa.
Lo que más la motivó a seguir fue darse cuenta de que cada ejercicio puede adaptarse a su nivel.
Hoy es una de las asistentes más constantes de nuestra clase de las 11:00 a.m., siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud increíble. 🙌
Si el no encontrar entrenadores que hablen español te ha detenido, en CrossFit Conroe tenemos coaches que hablan español y, además, una comunidad que siempre está lista para apoyarte.

This weekend we had the honor of welcoming Boy Scouts Pack 776 to CrossFit Conroe! 👏
They joined us to complete 1 hour of physical activity, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. There was plenty of energy, lots of smiles, and most importantly, tons of fun! 💪🎉
Thank you, Pack 776, for spending part of your weekend with us. We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we’d love to have you back anytime! ❤️
