Tracing the Pattern NICRO Workbook

The goal of this workbook is to provide educational information on identifying patterns of behaviour of your relationships, in a professional and personal capacity, that produce negative outcomes for you.

The workbook is designed to guide the user through a series of notes and worksheets that will develop improved insight so that they can make more informed choices about their current and future situations. If you want to get better outcomes in your life, and have more fulfilling, healthy and rewarding relationships with others, investing time to work through the workbook will be worthwhile for you.

Trauma-Informed Teacher Training in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Sessions on Cultural Sensitivity at Alchemist Academy in Kathmandu.

This group contained teachers from 5 different cultural backgrounds and ethnicities. The module focused on the importance of understanding cultural background and the significance of all the students avoiding stereotypes. Teachers were made aware of the danger of the "Single Story" that we make for children. They were motivated to view children comprehensively based on their talents, gifts, wisdom, and capacity, avoiding presumptions and stereotypes to create trauma-informed classrooms.

Ubuntu uses EO's Trauma-Informed Teacher Training Program to better educate teachers and staff who work with trauma-affected students throughout the city.
