Smokin Stacks Cooking Team

Last weekend, Smokin Stacks had their first vending job at the 12U Ronald McDonald Softball Tournament. It was held at the SMGSL softball fields in The Woodlands. It was a great success!!! We stayed really busy with a constant flow of customers. Thanks to everyone who came out to support SMGSL and Smokin Stacks BBQ.

Well, the cook off is official over. Final results: Total number of teams was 48, Smokin Stacks cooking team finished with a 10th place in chicken and a 7th place in ribs!!!!!!!!!!

The BBQ is coming along!!!! Everybody come out and enjoy lots of BBQ.

Next step: The fire is lit, we are warming up before the rain.

It's time for a Cook Off!!!!!!!! Getting set up for tonight and tommorow, two fun filled days of Smokin and drinking!!!!!

To All, we are only one week away from the Toyota Texas Bass Classic BBQ Cook Off. I am looking forward to seeing any and everyone who can make it out to the Lone Star Convention Center on Friday night or Saturday to visit and have some BBQ.

Just a reminder, you have to have a ticket to get into the cook off area, but they are free. You just have to go to the Toyota Texas Bass Classic website to print the tickets. Here is the link to the website:

There will also be concerts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights that is also free with the same tickets. You can even watch the weigh ins for the fishing tournament if you would like.

The "pork" catagory is being judged by the public, so come out and taste some great bbq from several teams in the compatition.

Toyota Texas Bass Classic | Bass Fishing World Championship & Music Festival in Conroe, TX

Smokin Stacks first official competition will be on Sept. 28 & 29, 2012 at the Toyota Texas Bass Master Classic fishing tournament at Lake Conroe. I will post more info. as I get more so everyone can come out and enjoy our first compatition with us.
