GROUP CLASS OPTIONS at The CORE Movement Studio:
🟢 Beginner Level 1 — Perfect entry point, no experience needed
🟢 Gentle Pilates — Lower intensity, emphasis on mindful movement
🟢 Seniors 55+ — Tailored for the 55+ up community exclusively
🟢 Sit & Stand — A mix of beginner Chair and Beginner to CoreAlign
🟡 Intermediate Level 1.5 — Prior experience required
🟡 Intermediate Tower — Stepping up the challenge
🟡 CORE Jump-board — Pilates with a cardio twist
🟡 CoreAlign Group Class
🔴 Level 2 Advanced/Athletic — Prior approval required to enroll
Classes run Monday–Saturday early mornings to noon only. Afternoon and evening classes are currently reserved for Private session, more classes will be added based on need and demand.
All NEW clients start with a minimum of 2 private sessions and/or 3 Pilates 101 before joining group classes. No exceptions! This allows us to chance to get to know you , teach you how to set up and adjust our studios equipment, and ensure your safety.

Did you know your HSA or FSA funds can be used at The CORE Movement Studio? 💳
If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, your sessions with us may qualify as an eligible expense; especially for those using movement for rehabilitation, injury recovery, or chronic pain management.
This is one of the most underutilized benefits we see our clients have access to.

I am always asked, "What does Pilates actually do for the body?"
Let us break it down. 🔍
Pilates helps improves posture, it strengthens your core, improves flexibility, works on your balance and proprioception. Most of my clients claim they have a better quality of life and mood because of regular attendance.
A 2024 meta-analysis found that Pilates reduces low back pain versus no exercise and similar exercise, and a 2025 trial found greater pain and disability improvement in subacute back pain than just in home exercise.
Research also shows that Pilates works best as a low-impact conditioning and rehabilitation exercise rather than a high-calorie-burning workout!
It doesn't matter if you are brand new the the method, wanting to coming back from an injury, or an athlete looking to refine performance and stand out amongst the rest. Pilates was designed for every body. Men & Women, all bodies, all shapes.

Meet the woman behind The CORE Movement Studio. 👋
Victoria Pfeffer NCPT, is the owner and lead instructor of The CORE Movement Studio — and she has been bringing boutique Pilates and specialized movement training to the Conroe, TX area since 2023 from her in-home studio.
Her approach? Every client is an individual. Whether you are 16 or 75, recovering from an injury or training at an elite level — your session is tailored to your body's needs. Fitness is not one size fits all and no all methods of movement are a fit for all bodies. Conroe lacks in options for safe effective non traditional fitness methods, so I decided to offer a variety of healthy movement methods for all bodies , especially the aging population.

We have been asked a lot lately — "Why open a brick-and-mortar now?"
The honest answer: you.
Over the years, our clients have shown us that this community genuinely craves intentional, small-group, method-based movement. The demand for more class times, more reformers, and more access made it clear — it was time.
We are not a franchise or big box gym! We don't want to be like those "Clubs" or "Barre" type studios. What we are is a boutique studio that caters to every single client needs, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.
From Pilates reformer classes to GYROTONIC® Method, CoreAlign®, and more — all under one roof at our new Conroe location.
