There is no excuse for the backlog in the Criminal District Court. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥. Luke Nichols is a prosecuting attorney for Jefferson County and is ready to keep serving you, now as Criminal District Court Judge!

TEEN COURT INITIATIVE has kicked off. this with everyone and look at what a forward-thinking planning Justice of the Peace we will have in Pct 1 Place 2!

Not every race is winnable. But when you do what you're supposed to do with the right reasoning behind you, most are. My partner, Kristi Leggett, and I remember these things at Moxie. As a candidate and officeholder, you may think you're smarter than both of us put together. And you may very well be! You can prove whatever you want to think is important. 𝑾𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒐 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒂𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒖𝒈𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔, 𝑨𝑳𝑾𝑨𝒀𝑺!

Think what you want, but don't say it! If you want to win, sure, you should call us. But, more importantly, 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐍.
