Stainless Structurals is a global producer of stainless steel structural shapes and special custom profiles. We have a variety of manufacturing technologies.
Our structural sections are available in both 304/L and 316/L, and we also offer profiles in other alloys, including duplex. We currently produce sections up to 40 inches tall x 22 inches wide x 40 feet long, solids and hollows, in both metric and Imperial dimensions. Among them is laser fusion which is an effective and economical alternative to extrusions or weldments, providing closer tolerances, superior joint integrity and more consistent finishes.

It's a FABulous Friday! Today we are highlighting some of our new equipment additions to offer you a finished product no matter standard or special.
* Our 8KW Laser Welder allows for the laser welding of smaller and thinner (1/8") profiles that can be used in architectural applications.
* Our polishing line gives us the ability to offer polished stainless steel from a Non-Directional up to a # 8 mirror finish.
* Our LVD Laser has the largest laser bed in North America (almost 80FT) allowing for longer and more custom profiles.
