Bleyl Engineering was honored to attend the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce ATHENA Leadership Awards Luncheon presented by Better Bookkeepers on Friday, July 24th, celebrating women who make a difference in our community through leadership and service.

A highlight of the event was keynote speaker Elizabeth Smart, who shared her powerful story of resilience and courage. Her message inspired us to find strength after adversity and served as a reminder that our past does not define our future.

Zach joined our Bryan office as an intern in 2021. After graduating from Texas A&M University, he transitioned to an Engineer-In-Training role, focusing on public works projects. He is a valued team member, and we are glad he chose to start and advance his professional career at Bleyl.

Congratulations to Kathy Ihnen, from our Austin office, on graduating from the 2025-2026 Leadership Cedar Park program, presented by the Cedar Park Chamber Foundation!

This nine-month program equips community members with leadership skills and connects them to local leaders and businesses. Kathy, thank you for your positive contributions in and out of the office.
