Ronald graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. He joined Bleyl in 2021 as an Engineer in Training and has since made valuable contributions to municipal engineering projects in our Houston office.

This summer, our Conroe office hosted five high school students for a two-week internship rotational program in June. The high school interns shadowed Professional Engineers, CAD Professionals, and Construction Services Professionals, obtaining a firsthand look at potential careers in Civil Engineering.

At the end of the rotational program, our college interns mentored the high school interns, sharing guidance and expectations about college.

June 23 is International Women in Engineering Day, a worldwide celebration that honors and recognizes the contributions of women in the field of engineering.
