Hi everyone! 🤍 My name is Michay Bazemore, and I’m so happy to officially be joining the Lagree team!

A little bit about me:
I’m 23 and have been doing hair since 2023. I’m pretty much always on the go and constantly trying to squeeze in a quick trip or adventure whenever I can. If I’m not on the road then you can find me shopping or at brunch with friends.

I’m so excited to meet all of your pretty faces, get to know you, and see you in the studio! Can’t wait to see you all at FormWellness Studios! 🫶🏼✨

Meet Lori 💪

Lori is one of our Lagree instructor who believes the best workouts should challenge you, build confidence, and still be something you look forward to.

She brings an encouraging, down-to-earth energy to every class, with a focus on intentional movement, good form, and embracing the shake. Her goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.

When she’s not on the Megaformer, Lori is a Realtor, mom, and lifelong believer that getting stronger makes just about everything in life feel a little easier.

Her philosophy is pretty simple: show up as you are, move your body, get a little stronger, and have some fun doing it. 🩶
