Their brains may process information more concretely, making it challenging to grasp figurative language or subtle nuances in communication. However, it's essential to note that not all autistic individuals are strictly literal, as there is a wide range of traits and communication styles within the autism spectrum. Autistic people, like anyone else, can vary in their language and communication preferences.
