Here are a few mini cookies I made for some sweet sisters welcoming their baby sister. Glitter seems to make the unicorns magical.

What are the odds that 7 out of 8 cracked eggs would have double yokes?? (And our daughter had one the night before.) 🤯 😮

Oh wait, will it mess up my cookies with double yokes? We will find out…

☀️ Fun Brunch Board including:

Homemade: pumpkin bread, quiche, apple butter, peanut butter granola (for parfaits)
Prepared: hard boiled eggs, turkey bacon, yogurt parfaits
Fresh: fruits and veg, cheese
Premade/bought: mini donuts

Our 15 year old gentleman decided to make Pickled Lemonade 🥒 🍋 tonight for the family.

1c fresh lemon juice
1c pickle juice
1c sugar
Slices of lemons, pickles, ice and water.

Seriously delicious!

First time NOT using Jiffy Cornbread mix. Found recipe for “The Best Cornbread”, so of course we had to try it. It did not disappoint. Our only sub in the recipe was using Gluten Free flour instead of all purpose.

Cheesecake crust: Today’s cheesecake flavor was pumpkin, so we mixed up butter cookie, Biscoff cookie, pecans and cinnamon for our crust-ology.

Made some brownies and they needed a little decoration so we added Oreos, M&Ms and Cookies and Cream Hershey Kisses to the tops.

Why does this smell remind me of the beginning of Fall?

First cake in the new place - semi-vegan (is that a thing??). Subbed the butter and milk, but customer was okay with eggs.

🥚 I need help! I need to make a vegan cake and have no idea what to substitute for the eggs. When I Google it says to sub applesauce or another dairy product, but I can’t use dairy since it’s vegan, but the applesauce just seems wrong.

Please tell me somebody out there has tried an egg substitute, and it was delicious?
