OpticsRE Update: Migration Underway

This week, we're continuing the next phase of improvements to the OpticsRE platform as we migrate key services to updated infrastructure.

During the migration, some users may experience temporary downtime, but we expect the process to be completed by the end of this week. For many users, the update has rolled out. Remaining users are expected to be complete by the end of this week. It is recommended to reboot your Mate. If you are still experiencing issues by next week, please reach out to our support team. We understand how important reliable system visibility is and appreciate your patience as this work is completed.

This migration is an important step in improving the performance, reliability, and overall monitoring experience of OpticsRE for our customers.
