Pay rate: $20.00

Job description:
Support daily operations within the production dept.
Work closely with the shift supervisor.
Monitor product quality, including record keeping.
Help to ensure production targets are achieved.
Assist the supervisor in monitoring operations in identifying areas of improvement and take corrective action as needed.
Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes.
