Since 2016, we have partnered with the OSU Humanitarian Engineering Scholars. Recently, they made us an adapted dice roller to replace the 30-year-old one we currently use for activities. This switch-activated dice roller will be used for many adaptive games with our volunteer groups and residents. Thank You!

We celebrate our volunteers this week for National Volunteer Week. Thank you for all you do to support our residents by spending your time and talents with them! You brighten our residents' days more than you know. THANK YOU!

The Easter Bunny may have left us, but we won't soon forget his hairy ways!

This month, we celebrate our 67th year of providing a loving and nurturing home that enriches the development, education, and quality of life for people with profound developmental disabilities. Thank you to all of our amazing staff, resident families, volunteers, and donors who have been here for us throughout the years!

This month, our staff and residents are celebrating Disability Awareness Month! This includes month-long activities and get-togethers. Today was "Wear Orange Thursday" to show our pride in Heinzerling Community. It may almost be St. Patrick's Day, but this day we wear Orange!

What an incredible evening we had at the end of February for our 20th Anniversary Heinzerling Community Gala. We are very grateful to all of our sponsors, donors, and participants, who came out to support us in such a big way! A record of more than $159,000 was raised this year to support the annual program and therapy needs of Heinzerling Community residents. THANK YOU!
