This Friday at the fabulous Spacebar Columbus! DJ Dynamo returns with your favorite underground 80s music on vinyl! Bring your ears and your legs. Cosmic flyer by the galactic Mimi

Well golly gee! All Request Vortex at Spacebar was a darned fun time! Thanks to all who came out to dance and request your favorite songs! You proved that groupthink is a pretty good way to DJ : ) The songs flowed nicely and even when they didn't, it was a fun transition.

New Order was the most-requested band with five songs, followed by Depeche Mode with four. Two of my all-time favorite bands!

Apologies to those whose songs I didn't bring, but I'll plan to bring them next month, so come on back!

Mark your calendar for Friday September 4th for a good old-fashioned no theme Vortex! Cool new Mimi Dromette flyer too!
