You CAN eat well-balanced while you're on the go.
When eating in at a restaurant or ordering take out, have a plan!
You can choose a drink without added sugar, have some veggies with your meal, and eat as much of the portion you're hungry for, and save the rest as leftovers for a time you won't have to cook another meal.
Eating healthy doesn't have to be complicated - you can meet your and your family's goals by planning ahead to meet your and your family's goals.
