The Bookmobile has been busy! 📚🐛💙✨🚍
At the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley all of the children came on to the Bookmobile “oohing” and “awing,” with one child saying, “This place is so cool!”
One young girl asked to play with the stuffed animals, learning that they are prizes for reading challenges; she hugged the sloth and pretended he was piloting a pirate ship. Another child asked about music books, and when he learned there were drums that he could play, his timid demeanor quickly turned into excitement as he rushed to find them.
This is why the Bookmobile is on the road! If you see it out and about, take a picture and tag us!

We just had a HUGE restock of children’s books at the Friends of Libraries bookstore, located in the Columbus Public Library, where no book is over $5!
