Tires are all pretty much the same, and you really have to be throwing a car around to tell the difference between brands, right?

A final (late) Race 2 update. Clear, warm conditions made for a good fast race on Sunday afternoon. Matt started from the pole and led flag-to-flag without a lot of excitement. Turned fast lap of 1:41.5, keeping all of his dry pavement times consistent and within a whisker of one another each session. Brayden had a full run despite more late-race brake gremlins, and managed a podium finish in 2nd. Thanks to everyone for following along and stopping by to visit this past weekend!

Saturdays race was shortened due to weather, a 15 minute sprint. Matt got a good start and hung with the fast F-Prod cars to notch a solid class win. Morning Qualify went well for both cars today, we were fortunate to have cool air and dry track. Matt retains P1 with good times despite a lot of traffic and Brayden advanced to P2 after getting his brake issue sorted. Then the skies opened up and storms caused a 3 hour track delay. All races have been reduced to 15 minute timed length (About 9 laps) and it looks like intermediates are the call once again. Our race group 6 at 2:45.

First round qualifying went well for Matt and the #122 grabbing P1 in his class. Brayden had brake troubles that cut his session short, but we resolved the problem on his car this afternoon and should be good for Qual 2 tomorrow at 8:00 AM.
