CND is nonprofit that provides mental health and substance use disorder treatment for adults.
CND also provides prevention program services to youth grades K-12 to reduce substance use and abuse. CND offers comprehensive, community-focused programs for ages 5 to adult. CND builds a strong foundation for success for elementary and middle school youth. Our programs help students improve their grades, set goals for academic success, and display appropriate behaviors in school. In-School Prevention Programs

Building on this strong foundation, CND helps older youth construct the framework to successfully bridge into adulthood. CND’s programs for older youth focus on leadership development, job readiness, secondary education and employment opportunities. Future Opportunities Created for Urban Students (FOCUS)

Application for Purpose Pride and Success (APPS)
CND opens a pathway to hope and healing for the families we serve that are facing problems that get in the way of our students’ success. CND helps meet the needs of families facing emergencies, works with other community groups to provide parenting education programs, and provides outpatient treatment programs for adults.
