The goal with Staging is to help homes sell faster, by accentuating the character of each house. One of the most important (and fun) aspects of the process is selecting furniture and accessories to highlight the uniqueness of each home! Our team works hard to bring the vision and design together, and the results speak for themselves! We staged 5 homes last week…as of today, 4 are already IN CONTRACT!

At Staging Spaces it is our goal to create that “at home” feeling in every house we stage. We are thoughtful in every detail to accentuate the unique character and charm of each home, from floor to ceiling. The rugs, the art, the furniture, and every detail in between. A productive week, with 7 staging installations and 5 removals, along with ongoing and new interior design projects! We are thankful for our clients who trust our dedication and thoughtful design, and keep us busy doing what we love!

Today was a full one for Staging Spaces.

We staged 2 homes, completed 2 photo-ready consultations, handled 1 removal, and did a real estate photo shoot an upcoming listing. We also onboarded one of our summer movers along the way.

It was a day full of moving parts and coordination, and the team handled it all seamlessly. Proud of the way everyone shows up, steps in, and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Another spectacular listing! This home sat on the market from September through December without selling. After our team staged it and it was relisted, it went under contract in less than a week 🙌🏼
