-Never about money-No dues or fees
-Open-Minded system- Always receptive to principles and techniques that improve sanctification

This is from a couple of years back now. Working with Kaydy on kick-out sweep into an arm lock. The Kills are jamming, don't own the rights to the tunes. Kaydy played this particular playlist.
White belts and yellow belts learning the outside leg trip. The B-52's "roam" is on the music Playlist. We don't own the rights but it's great workout jams. We are temples.
Having fun. Breaking a sweat. New guys figuring it out. Your body is a temple.
Happy 250th birthday America! Happy Independence day Americans!
Working on round kicks. That is "Mr. Crowley" ---Ozzy Osborne coming on the radio. Hayden is learning to create a more downward trajectory on the thigh kicks. Living like a temple!
Rear forearm entanglement throw from a lapel grab. The music is "in a big country." Don't own any rights, pretty sure it's public domain though. Great 80's Playlist and fun training. Good times.
Reversal. Post, sit-out, spin. We don't own the rights to the music; the name of the band is Building 429.
Training on a Wednesday.
