Our GenerosityGlobal team in Kenya, continues to impact young girls in women in various schools and churches across Kibera.

Our Generosity Women’s coordinator Lucy, is dedicated to teaching menstrual health and the importance of adequate hygiene in her community.

Teaching young girls about their menstrual health, surrounding them with love, rendering a safe place, and encouraging them to be their best and do their best.

Cameroon | Africa 🇨🇲

Our Lady of Lourdes College and Kemonde Veteran Secondary School in Limbe, Cameroon, were in session with Generosity Global’s ongoing Menstrual Hygiene Education Program.

Through engaging and informative sessions, students learned about:

- The menstrual cycle and its phases
- Understanding pre-menstrual symptoms
- Proper menstrual hygiene management

Our goal is simple: break the stigma, educate, and empower.

When girls are equipped with knowledge and the right resources, they can manage their periods with dignity and confidence while staying focused on what truly matters: their education and dreams.

GenerosityGlobal, through its Generosity Women program, continues its core mission of fostering menstrual hygiene to uplift women and break the stigma surrounding menstruation. In 2025, the initiative takes a significant step forward by extending menstrual education to young girls in colleges across Cameroon and Kenya.

The program has already launched in Cameroon, where students from:

Our Lady of Lourdes College Gardens (Limbe, Cameroon)
Kemonde Veteran High School (Limbe, Cameroon)
have embarked on an intensive eight-week program focused on menstrual hygiene education. The curriculum covers essential topics such as menstrual health management, best practices for handling the menstrual cycle, peer education techniques, and a hands-on workshop on making reusable pads.

By working closely with young girls in colleges—who are the mothers of tomorrow—Generosity Women aims to empower them with knowledge and practical skills that will foster a healthier, stigma-free future.
