I attend a training and presentation from MACRO regarding the latest happenings on ADR and mediation via the Court system. I have noticed a significant up tick in mediation clients this year.
I attended a three hour training last night sponsored by the MD Courts. The purpose of the training is to educate the public about how to prosecute a case in the MD Court system with a lawyer or with minimal assistance from a lawyer. I suggested that alternative dispute resolution methods be presented to the public as well.
