She leads us in monthly Shabbat services, typically the third Friday of each month. Chag Pesach Sameach! Now that it is the second day of Passover it is time to count the Omer. If you want to learn more about this ancient Jewish practice, there are some links in the first comment on this post. Whether you approach it from a mindfulness angle or a connection to the environment, counting the Omer is something easy that you can do with the whole family. Enjoy your matzoh and have fun counting the Omer! Shabbat Shalom from your Kol Nefesh family 💗

Wishing all our Kol Nefesh family and friends Happy Hanukkah! As Cantor Stephanie shared with us Friday night, one of the miracles of the Hanukkah story is that our ancestors did not give up on their tradition. In the face of destruction, they found a small amount of oil and lit the menorah anyhow. What small bit of light can you bring to these dark times?
