AcroNow is a combined acroyoga and partner acrobatics class designed to work your body and build community. Participants learn to work as a team to lift, twist, turn, and balance cool movements and transitions while strengthening core, honing balance, and getting limber. This class is for everyone and always has a level up to aspire towards. Come Play with us! $10 per person. -*Acro is a close contact sport which works in small groups (2-4) or teams.
