AcroNow is a combined acroyoga and partner acrobatics class designed to work your body and build community. Participants learn to work as a team to lift, twist, turn, and balance cool movements and transitions while strengthening core, honing balance, and getting limber. This class is for everyone and always has a level up to aspire towards. Come Play with us! $10 per person. -*Acro is a close contact sport which works in small groups (2-4) or teams.

We’re moving!
We’re doing a thing and moving out of the country.

Unfortunately this means no more regular acro classes in Columbia from us.We are going to sincerely miss all you acro monkeys fiercely and hope you’ll join us for one final free acro going away party at the gym on May 22 2022 @ 4-6pm.
Remember no class tonight!
Acro isn’t about what you can do in your body. It’s about what you and your partner(s) can achieve together!
