As the number of families turning to Power In Changing continues to grow, so does everything that comes with serving them💖more appointments, more records, more data, more paperwork and more administrative work.

Unfortunately, our funding hasn’t grown at the same pace, so we could use a little help! 💖

We’re looking for dependable Administrative Volunteers with basic computer and office skills who can help Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, 9:30 AM–2:00 PM.

Retired with office skills? Kids at school and have a few hours to spare? Great with computers, spreadsheets or keeping things organized? We’d love to hear from you!

This is a volunteer position. Background check and confidentiality are required.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the amazing summer campers at Forest Lake Presbyterian Church for thinking outside the box and showing what community service is all about!
As part of Child Hunger, the campers collected and assembled 155 snack bags that will be distributed to families visiting Power In Changing. These thoughtful snack bags will provide children with a quick bite and offer a little extra support to families who may be stretching every dollar.
We also want to give a special shoutout to Amina, whose leadership and dedication helped coordinate this effort as part of her Girl Scout project. Thank you for bringing together the campers, volunteers, and our organization to make this project a success.
To the campers, church leaders, volunteers, and everyone who donated snacks💖thank you for recognizing that childhood hunger is a real issue in our community. Your generosity shows that meeting a family’s needs goes beyond diapers. Sometimes it’s a snack that helps a child get through the afternoon, a little peace of mind for a parent, and a reminder that their community cares.

💕 Love, Kindness, and Giving Back 💕

After 62+ years of marriage, this sweet couple is still showing us what love in action looks like. 💖

They recently stopped by Power in Changing to donate adult incontinence products they no longer needed so someone else in our community could benefit. Their generosity is a beautiful reminder that caring for others never goes out of style.

While our primary mission is serving babies and families with diapers, we’ve seen more and more seniors reaching out for help with adult incontinence supplies. Although we don’t have a formal senior program, when donations like these come in, we’re grateful to be able to pass them along to neighbors who need them.

Please join us in celebrating this incredible couple💖not only for 62 years of love and commitment, but for continuing to make a difference together. 💙
