This is sweet Valkyrie. Her owner passed away. No family member wanted to take her in. And now this beautiful Great Pyrenees is sitting in an overcrowded Texas shelter, wondering where her world went.

She didn’t do anything wrong. She just lost everything she knew. 💔

At just 3 years old and 72 pounds, she’s a true gentle giant with the sweetest soul. 🤍

But here’s the heartbreaking part…

Without a committed foster or adopter, she cannot get on that plane.

She needs a safe place to land, someone to love, and a chance to start over. We provide supplies and vet care for fosters.

Meet Mordocai, Katia & Carl — three adorable coonhound mix puppies who are ready to charm everyone they meet! At about 9 weeks old and 12 lbs, these babies are still tiny, growing fast, and hoping their future families might just happen to stop by. 🥹

SASSY HAS THOUGHTS. MANY OF THEM. 😂🐾

Meet Sassy 12 pounds, about 1–2 years old, and absolutely living up to her name.

At home? She’s an affectionate little comedian who adores her humans, loves other dogs, and is happiest hanging out with her people. Sweet, snuggly, funny… basically a tiny dream roommate.

On walks, however, Sassy becomes the neighborhood correspondent and feels strongly that everyone should hear the latest updates. 📣

Dog across the street? She has commentary.
Person walking by? Announcement.
Suspicious leaf? Probably worth discussing.

And fortunately, when her opinions get a little too loud, she looks absolutely adorable in air jail. 😂

Because Sassy has some very strong feelings while on leash, her dream home would have a fenced yard in a quieter, laid-back neighborhood, where she can enjoy life without feeling obligated to spend all day singing the song of her people.

If you’re looking for a pint-sized best friend with a huge personality, a big heart, and just the right amount of sass… Sassy may be your girl. 💛

Meet Amber 💕, Autumn 🍂, Aspen 🌲 and Acron 🐶 four sweet 10 week old puppies, each weighing about 10 lbs, who are currently sitting in an overcrowded shelter.

They’re just babies.

Instead of learning about toys, cozy beds, belly rubs and what it feels like to be part of a family, they’re waiting in a noisy shelter that desperately needs space.

We want to get them out but 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 🙏

Opening your home to one of these pups doesn’t have to be forever. It just has to be long enough to give them the safe landing they need while we find their forever families.

Meet Nyla, formerly Petey. Nyla is deaf. This beautiful 4 month old, 20 lb Aussie mix is looking for a family ready to love her exactly as she is.

Nyla is looking for a new home through no fault of her own. The older dog in her current home is reactive toward her, and she deserves a place where she can relax, play, and simply be the happy puppy she is.

Deaf dogs are incredibly capable, attentive, and deeply connected to their people. They often become little experts at watching body language, learning hand signals, and staying tuned in to the people they trust. Nyla is already learning visual cues for “come” and “sit.”

And this girl has so much love to give.

She is sweet, playful, affectionate, and absolutely adores people, children, and other dogs. She’s loyal to her humans, loves being close, and would be happiest with an active family who can give her plenty of playtime, enrichment, affection, and continued training. A playful canine companion would be a huge bonus for her.

One of the beautiful things about deaf dogs? They don’t need to hear your voice to know they’re loved. They learn your hands, your face, your routine, your touch and somehow, they seem to hear every important thing with their heart ♥️
