We would like to wish our friends and neighbors a very happy Pride Month! At a time when the rights of marginalized groups are under siege, it is more important than ever for us to continue fighting for everyone in our community.

Stop by Color Burst Park to support our endorsed District 4 candidate, Janssen Evelyn!

Today is the day! ☀️

The clouds are hanging around, but the rain is staying away. No excuses. I’ll be at Colorburst Park at 11 AM and I’d love to see you there.

Where I'm from 🇧🇧, liming is the art of gathering with no agenda other than enjoying the company of others. It’s about catching a vibe and being fully present in the moment. In the midst of everything going on, we need that reset more than ever. It is how we stay grounded, connect with our neighbors, and find our joy.

Come through for the music and games for the kids. We’ll also have voter registration on site to make sure everyone is ready for the season ahead.

See you soon!

HPP is proud to endorse Vanessa Atterbeary for Howard County Executive. A native Howard Countian, attorney, and former chair of the Maryland House Ways and Means Committee, Vanessa has spent over a decade in Annapolis championing public education, gun safety, and equity, and she's ready to bring that same tenacity home. A victory for Vanessa would make her the first Black woman to serve as Howard County Executive, a milestone long overdue in a county as diverse as ours. We believe she will be a tremendous asset to Howard County and our entire community.

HPP is proud to endorse Janssen Evelyn for the Howard County Council in District 4. A lawyer, executive leader in local government, and president of the Howard County Conservancy, Janssen's career has been defined by making government work for everyday families, especially those on the edges of what our community offers. We believe he will be a tremendous asset to the Council and our community.
