Choose Alternatives, those foods with no GMO’s, eat Organically, eat Live Foods!! Foods uprooted, grown from The Ground are live foods. Fruits(exotic fruits has better benefit for our body) Vegetables, some Beans, All Seeds and Nuts are great and makes for One’s Protein intakes, also highly recommended for great health benefits!Fish is good, all Fish is not equal, meaning it doesn’t have great benefits for Human Value, some are high in Mercury’s, as well as are being modified. The Seas are being compromised with Chemicals, in some cases to where Seafoods and Fish are being fed Chemicals.
