Making this cup of coffee at the shop this morning reminded me of the days when we first opened our (first) storefront location… those of you that have been with us from the beginning will remember 🤎

The Saturdays of “Free Coffee & Donuts” with just us, a few freezers in the house, and a whole lot of hope. Waiting and praying people would stop by, have a conversation with us, learn what we were trying to build, and ultimately give us a shot as your beef producer.

At the time, all we had was our Brangus beef and a dream that honestly felt terrifying some days. We were still so new to raising beef cattle ourselves, learning as we went and figuring things out one step at a time. But y’all showed up anyway.

You supported us before our operation became what it is today. Before the growth, before the second storefront, and all the “extras.” Back when it was just our family trying to build something meaningful from the ground up that we wanted to impact other families as much as our own.

Now these quiet mornings look a little different. Spreadsheets open, coffee still in hand, finalizing inventory after another restocking. But the heart behind it all is still the same. To think now at 10am in 2 different parts of Texas our families (us and ) open our doors still praying you’ll come and take a chance, but with a bit more confidence than before. Y’all are who we thank for that. For those that have stuck it out and grown with us. For those that are new and come miles to find us. For those that are still to come and on the hunt for a producer to fit the needs you desire. God has guided and always made a way for us, and y’all have believed in us as we steward the calling to the best of our ability.

As time has gone on, we’ve grown — and so have so many of you alongside us. No matter how much changes, we’ll never stop being grateful for the people who believed in Solid Rock Ranch from the very beginning🤎
