This healing modality has its roots in Ayurveda and Yoga and is deeply satisfying and relaxing.

Yesterday we learned how to boost
our immune system, support our gut (second brain) health, lower inflammation and regulate our digestive issues!
Fermented tons of different vegetables and had dinner in a great company of curious minds! What a joy! Can't wait for our next workshop.
