A few years back we changed our billing system to Housecall Pro. If it’s emailed, this is how it will show up (pic 1) and when you open it (pic 2). It’s safe and secure and you can click on the link to pay if you choose… or you can call office or even mail it in. We’ve also had a few of our customers say it may have gone to spam.
