We coach and mentor young men and women through boxing and jujitsu and example. There is also kickboxing and Taekwondo available at the gym.
Well, we went to Waterloo yesterday, and weren't successful with the win column. but the guys fought hard. We'll keep working on things and might try for some rematches.

Seth had a tough fight last night. Unfortunately, he had to retire in the second round due to an accidental low blow. Happens some times. We'll get it next time.
