Choosing Peace is a small, guided virtual support group for adults who are ready to stop chasing relationships that don’t choose them.

This group focuses on:
β€’ Letting go of emotionally unavailable people
β€’ Healing patterns in family, romantic, and friendship relationships
β€’ Building boundaries without guilt
β€’ Learning how to choose peace over emotional exhaustion

As this year ends and a New Year begans, what if we make the choice as a community to choose to just be better. It's easy to try and hold someone accountable for the things we believe they've done wrong, but what happens to self accountability when "I" am the one caused the hurt? Are we capable of holding ourselves accountable? Are we willing to say I made a mistake or do we choose to to lose? One question we should all ask ourselves starting today, is the sacrifice worth the fight
