October is a good month to remember: knowing your normal matters.
10/09/2026
Not every change begins on the scale.

“Your period is really that bad?”
She laughed.
Because explaining it again felt harder than dealing with it.
That kind of dismissal can make painful or unusually heavy periods feel like something women are simply expected to endure.
But menstrual symptoms are part of your health—not something you have to minimize to make other people comfortable.
If your periods are affecting your everyday life, it's okay to start the conversation.
Sometimes the first step isn't treatment.
It's being taken seriously. ❤️

October is a reminder to pay attention to what you already know best—your own body. 💗
Know how your breasts normally look and feel.
Notice changes.
Ask questions when something doesn't feel familiar.
Breast self-awareness is one part of caring for your breast health, alongside the screenings recommended for you.
Because awareness isn't about living in fear.
It's about knowing your normal well enough to recognize when something has changed.
This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, give yourself a little more attention.
Infinity Medical Group is here to help you stay informed and supported.

Some things are easier to live with than to talk about.
The leaking you work around.
The pressure you ignore.
The urgency you plan your day around.
The discomfort you quietly assume is part of getting older.
But when different symptoms start becoming part of your routine, they may not be separate problems at all.
That's where urogynecology comes in.
It brings together the care of the bladder, pelvic floor, and reproductive system to understand what's happening as a whole—not just treat one symptom at a time.
Sometimes, getting answers starts with realizing that what you've been calling “normal” deserves a conversation. ❤️

Some nights, it isn't your sleep that's the problem.

“It's only a few drops.”
“I only leak when I exercise.”
“It happens to so many women.”
And all of those things may be true.
But there’s an important difference between something being common and something you simply have to put up with.
If leaking is making you think twice about a workout, a laugh, a sneeze, or even leaving the house, it's worth finding out why it's happening.
Stress urinary incontinence is one possible cause, and there are treatment options that can help.
You don't have to organise your life around your bladder. ❤️

Pelvic health concerns can become part of the background.
The discomfort you work around.
The leaks you plan for.
The movements you avoid.
The changes you never quite talk about.
You adapt because life has to keep moving.
But adapting isn't the same as being okay.
Your body deserves care before something becomes impossible to ignore. ❤️

Some questions are hard to say out loud.
Is this normal? Why has my body changed?
But understanding your body shouldn't feel awkward.
Some conversations simply need to be had. ❤️
09/18/2026
I think we need to have a different conversation about weight loss.
Not “How much did you lose?”
But…
How do you feel?
Are you sleeping better?
Do you have more energy?
Are you stronger?
Do you feel more comfortable in your body?
Because the number on the scale is only one tiny part of the story.
And if you've tried everything—diets, workouts, cutting things out, starting every Monday again—and still feel stuck, that doesn't automatically mean you lack discipline.
Weight is complicated. Hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, age, and health can all play a part.
Medical weight loss isn't about chasing the smallest version of yourself.
It's about finding an approach that helps you become a healthier, stronger version of yourself.
And that feels like a much kinder goal to me. ❤️
