Clinton Performance Machine

This is a great example of an awesome upgrade to a stock 5.3. The block has been align honed with new main fasteners, bored and honed to 5.7 LS bore size (3.898”), square decked, crankshaft reground and balanced. Even at .118” over the cylinder walls still showed nearly .250” thick in the thinnest areas. The short block has new GM Gen 4 connecting rods, King rod and main bearings, and Silv-O-lite pistons.

Nice set of Pro Topline SBC cast iron heads in for inspection. Customer requested the guides be checked and get a valve job.

Our first look at the new BTR canted valve CNC ported LS cylinder heads. We haven’t ironed out all the details but these are for an upcoming customer build.

N18 Mini Cooper block in for boring, honing, decking and fitting piston rings. The customer supplied a set of forged Supertech pistons and Total Seal piston rings.

Hyundai 1.6 Turbo short block build. Clearances checked and and getting ready for assembly.

J-Line Performance tall deck raised cam BBC in for finish machine work.

New Dart SHP 9.5” deck SBF getting the decks surfaced and squared up with our BHJ Block Tru fixture. New aftermarket blocks need some attention with finish machine work.
