About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager with a strong focus on field supervision and project ex*****on. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing day-to-day job site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
You will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and supervise residential construction projects from start to completion
• Manage daily job site operations, ensuring schedules are maintained
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors (framing, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.)
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and building codes
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and report variances
• Conduct site walk throughs and inspections
• Communicate regularly with ownership, clients, and office staff
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Working with tools for fill in work between trades and specific items
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management or supervision
• Strong knowledge of:
• Framing, drywall, finishes, and general construction practices
• Residential building codes and inspections
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Tools and Truck transportation a must
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
Preferred Experience
• Experience in custom homes, renovations, or multifamily residential
• Background in framing and carpentry, estimating or budgeting is a plus
• Strong subcontractor network (preferred but not required)
