His brother Ezzat Tadros has honored Jacob's legacy and continued the family business with over 35 years of experience in the culinary field of dessert and cake decoration, sculpture & preparations. Ezzat's obsession with delicious and beautiful desserts is obvious after the first bite into one of
his many fine creations. Ezzat has brought a wealth of baking experience to Gourmet Desserts by personally overseeing the preparation of all the deserts.
