If you're looking for parts, I recommend Steve Sansone's eBay store. There is no one more knowledgeable about vintage stoves than him and he has a trove of parts he's collected over the years. If you don't find what you need there, write him through his shop. You never know what he has on a shelf that hasn't been listed yet.

I don't often cook at work, but when I do it's to make a video about a relatively undocumented, 90-year-old cooking feature on a stove I just finished.
