☕️ Roaster Spotlight: Flower Child Coffee ☕️

We want to take a moment to celebrate our friend and one of our biggest supporters, the wonderful Prestin of FlowerChild Coffee ✨ Prestin has been with us since the beginning, and we would not be able to serve you the incredible coffee we do without his efforts. Focused on showcasing clean coffees and the diversity in varietals worldwide, Flower Child is among our favorite projects in the coffee world currently 🌎

You can find his coffees rotating between our espresso, pour over, and drip offerings, as well as on our retail shelf. You won’t be disappointed!

☕️ Featured Espresso ☕️

In the spotlight this week is a beautiful natural Ethiopian coffee roasted by Shoebox Coffee Roasters in Chicago. Pulled as a double espresso, we love the rosy nose on this shot followed by jammy, juicy fruit notes. Recommended straight or with a small amount of milk as a macchiato or cortado. It’s delicious!

(💡Pro-tip: sip & compare this to our Chelbessa washed Ethiopian from FlowerChild Coffee that is also currently served as espresso!)
