TLC FAMILIES: I need to address an issue that has been a problem for months…. Picking up late, It has become a daily occurrence. 5, 10, 30 minutes late, all are unacceptable and need to stop immediately.

Parents: all of your children have been exposed to croup.

TLC FAMILIES: all of your children have been exposed to a stomach virus 🦠 🤮💩

TLC PARENTS: all of your children have been exposed to strep throat. Plz watch out for a rash, low grade fever, generic fussiness and lack of appetite.

TLC FAMILIES: all of your children have been exposed to Norovirus or the vomiting 🤮 disease (isn’t that a fun nickname) with symptoms being diarrhea, vomiting and stomach discomfort. It lasts about 1-3 days. It’s extremely contagious and it’s passed by coughing and nasty noses. Which is why it’s so common in preschools and daycares. Because as we all know littles do not cover their mouth or use a tissue. STOP BRINGING ME SICK KIDS!

TLC FAMILIES:
Jeremy’s surgery has been pushed up by 2 weeks and is now Thursday 1/26.
I am trying not to lose my mind as I make changes to our late January early February schedule AGAIN! I can’t apologize enough for this inconvenience but this is out of our hands and has us both frustrated and anxious!
I will have the new schedule for you tomorrow.

12/22 & 12/23 bring a holiday book to share

TLC FAMILIES: I’ve spoken with most of you directly and if I have not, I apologize. As most of you know JT will be having another surgery after the first of the year. This will require me making some changes to the schedule. I’m asking for your understanding and patience while we work out all the details. This will impact our January & February schedule and obviously, we’ve cancelled our vacation. This was not something that we expected or could have planned for. We truly believed that the ‘big stuff’ was behind us. And while we’re disappointed with the need for this new surgery, we are also relieved that it is NOT more cancer! The recovery ❤️‍🩹 from this operation is @ 6 weeks.

TLC FAMILIES: this past week your child has been exposed to…

~ virus with bad cough that can require steroids & breathing treatments
~ a stomach virus with severe diarrhea and possible dehydration
~ RSV

I’m exhausted & beyond stressed trying to keep your littles safe & healthy but I can not do it alone. STOP 🛑 and keep your sick children home! This can’t continue 🥺

Some clarification seems to be needed.

I do not work for you, you are not my boss, we are a team/partners aka EQUALS and you will treat me with RESPECT. We also have a contract that needs to be followed and is in place for the benefit of both parties.

TLC is not for everyone which is why our new termination policy is in place. I want your family to have the absolute best experience possible but I understand that families change and their needs can change. So if for any reason you need to leave or are unhappy, you are able to terminate your contract and leave. The same is true for TLC. If you violate the terms of our contract, I reserve the right to ask you to leave. You will be given 30 days notice.

If you need another copy of your contract, I will gladly provide that for you.
