Why do push ups from your knees? I am not a fan of having my clients perform push ups from their knees. I believe it defeats the purpose of developing proper upper body strength. Using a band will assist and enable you to perform a perfect push up with proper form and will help you progress into performing a real one. One of my hardest working clients smashing her upper body day.

Client doing some ab & adduction accessory work after our lower body session today. Always be sure to put just as much effort into secondary work as your primary exercises and muscles groups. Doing so will improve your performance and help injury prevention.
