We’re debuting the Lucky Star Sparkle Jars today at The Beachland Fall Flea! 10am-3pm! Little origami stars that are lucky are in adorable reused glass jars and filled with a variety of glitters! Each one is unique!

Turn them on their sides and spin them around for twinkling, sparkly, mesmerizing fun! It’s an ASMR experience, too!

Lids are glued on to keep that microplastic glitter from ever getting into the environment!

We’re bringing more used CDs with us to sell for cheap at The Beachland Fall Flea! We have a LOT of great titles! Sunday, October 12, 10am-3pm!

All of these records are defective, so they didn’t play smoothly! Rather than putting them in a landfill, I make them into bowls that you can display on your wall or table, or you can put things in them like remotes, keys, change, pens, or whatever you want!!!

Sweet Vinyl crossed the rainbow bridge 6 years ago today. I like to think that she and Stevie are now cuddling once again. She was our store mascot, my constant companion, lap warmer, little buddy, sassy girl full of love 🖤

Did you get to meet Stevie Wonder when he lived in the MUSIC SAVES storefront? He joined us September 2016, and lived there until the final closing in February 2020. He was shy and afraid to come out, at first, but once he realized there were lots of people coming in, and that those people had hands for petting, he loved being in the store. He charmed his way into his big sister, Vinyl’s, heart, with his cozy fluff and warm body. He chased shadows from the overhead lights. He was a total sweetheart who loved absolutely everyone he met. He was the best little brother to Vinyl, then to my house cat, Ruby Vroom.

Stevie was a rescue cat. He was passed up in the shelter for weeks while all of the other cats around him were adopted. He was a black cat who was 6 years old, with a cauliflower ear (the result of an untreated ear infection) and a tail broken in 2 places (likely closed in a door). No one else wanted him, but I saw something special in him, and when I adopted him, I made it my job to make sure he had the best life with me, and he paid me back in spades. We won the lottery with this guy. He was one-of-a-kind, the sweetest boy I’ve ever met.

Stevie was 15 years old, and generally in good health. He had some respiratory issues, and had recently been diagnosed with diabetes (even though he was only 5lbs). Even so, the stroke he had a week ago Sunday was unpredictable, unexplainable, and sudden. It left him with severe brain damage, and he lost the ability to stand or walk. To save him from suffering the perils of being an invalid, we had him euthanized. It’s been an extremely hard week without him. We will miss him and love him forever.
