This week, CMSD’s Customer Experience Team had the pleasure of welcoming scholars from Clara E. Westropp School of the Arts for a delightful day of engagement! In partnership with the Cleveland Public Library, our scholars enjoyed holiday bingo, coloring activities, and a special story time with CEO, Dr. Morgan, reading ‘The Biggest Snowman Ever!’ This visit was extra special as Shoes and Clothes for Kids gifted each student with warm coats, shoes, gloves, hats, and sporty tote bags. A huge thank you to everyone who helped create such a memorable experience for our scholars.

Winter Break Reminder! Our scholars will be on winter break starting Monday, December 22, and classes will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.

We wish our scholars, staff, and families a restful and joyful break filled with warmth, relaxation, and cherished moments.

Through Building Brighter Futures, K8 scholars will be able to participate in immersive high school visits. These visits will provide early exposure to secondary school culture, academics, and campus life.
We believe preparation starts early, and these experiences empower scholars to envision themselves as future high school students, ask questions, and take ownership of their next step.
When students see what’s ahead, they begin to believe in what’s possible.
