Project Spotlight: MSI Cleveland Building Addition - Valley View, Ohio

We're thrilled to share news on the completion of MSI Surfaces' Cleveland location, a 12,500 square foot expansion and renovation.

After 10 years at the casino, Kosar’s Wood-Fired Grill was reimagined and rebranded as Valley’s Edge Steak & Seafood.

The 4,682 square-foot, 313 seat restaurant was rebranded from a football-centric dining experience to a high-end steakhouse utilizing design concepts provided by The Estephan Group.

Adam Building Company is proud to have assisted in this worthwhile project to honor those hostages still being held in Gaza since the Oct. 7 attack on Israel.

The ribbon was installed on Dec. 13 by Adam Building Company and was created by local Judaic artist Nancy Schwartz-Katz with the help of Sharon Rosenbaum, a member of the executive committee of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s board of trustees.

For 180 days, a 15-foot-tall and 10-foot-wide ribbon displaying the faces of the 240 hostages will be visible outside the Jewish Federation of Cleveland building at 25701 Science Park Drive in Beachwood.
