Super Bowl party coming up? Make this mini taco snacking board! I created this for a “board party” a while back, but it makes a great party appetizer or movie night meal, too—mini snacks are great ideas because you can sample one of everything! I made mini “copycat Crunchwrap Supremes”, mini Dorito-shell beef tacos, and mini bean burritos! Served with chips, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, this Taco Bell-inspired board is easy, quick, and delicious party food. While looking for my own contribution to the 2026-is-the-new-2016 trend, I found something much cuter 🥲🤣 Enjoy baby Otis—we only have these couple photos of him as a puppy! I thought it was so cute he still acts just like this at almost 11 years old, so I had to compare with some current shots, cause y’all know my camera roll is stuffed with those lol 🐾 #2016
